    • Dr Latimer has performed hundreds of these revolutionary new procedures and is one of the most experienced surgeons for this procedure in the USA. This procedure has enabled us to improve the quality of life and activity level for patients with severe joint disease due to patellar luxation. Previous to this surgical option, there were limited, and often unsuccessful, surgical alternatives for this degenerative condition. Check out one Dr Latimer’s recent patients walking on his new knee! You can’t even tell which leg was involved!
  • Proximal Abducting Ulnar Osteotomy (aka PAUL procedure)
    • This novel procedure is used to treat larger breed dogs with elbow dysplasia and diseases of the medial compartment before they develop severe arthritis of the elbow. The procedure will “unload” the diseased compartment and will allow less painful weight bearing and improved activity levels.
